Sushi with Chef Panda

This month I've been teaching sushi making classes. Everything there is to know from choosing the right ingredients to making your own sauces and elaborate rolls. People learnt very fast and from the beginning they were making beutiful rolls, I loved their creativity and some did very interesting plates... I've been making sushi since I was a teenager but this is the first time I actually play the teacher role. This Panda lovesit!

Sushi classes were divided in 2: Sushi I, where we got familiar with all the ingredients used in japanese cuisine, tips on how to make the perfect sushi rice, and sushi-rolling techniques. Sushi II was more easygoing since my students already knew the basics and they just practiced and learned how to make the more elaborate rolls we are used to see in restaurants.
