Mamma Mia!

Last week's class we were going to make pasta from scratch and we had a special guest: Mr. Tonino, a man who knows a lot about fresh pasta and italian food. He shared tips and tricks and we had a wonderful time but after  he left we had to make the recipes scheduled for the day and couldn't go home 'till 11:00pm. We made gnocchi, fetuccine, and my group made spinach fetuccine pasta. I've always thought homemade pasta was a headache but its actually very easy, anyone could make it at home!! I asked my mom to send me the pasta machine she has [its been on her kitchen forever... It must've been a wedding gift, sitting on her pantry all these years waiting for me to give it some good use =)]
