I've had the mini-cheesecake pan for about two years and last night I finally got it out of the box. They came out of the oven at 2:00am but it was worth the wait! I used a basic recipe of vanilla cheesecake; half with oreo crust/dulce de leche topping and half with graham crust/berry mix and strawberry preserves. I ate 1/4 of an oreo/dulce de leche mini-cheesecake... so yummy!!
I hope music man likes em. They were made for him.
